This Element Optics Helix HD 8x42 binocular has a durable housing made of magnesium, with a rubber coating. This makes it nice and grippy, ensuring you always have a firm hold. It is also fully weatherproof, allowing it to be used even in harsh weather conditions. The weight of only 664 grams should also not be an obstacle.
The Helix HD 8x42 binocular from Element Optics has an objective diameter of 42 mm and features Fully Multi-Coated lenses made of ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass. This ensures decent light transmission, allowing for excellent observation even in low light. Additionally, you will enjoy a very sharp and clear image from edge to edge, thanks to the BAK-4 prism.
The Element Optics Helix HD binocular has a standard 8x magnification, allowing you to get close to the object without losing overview. It has a field of view of 14.2 meters at 100 meters distance. This binocular features twist-up eyecups, making it perfectly usable in combination with glasses (or sunglasses).
