Shipping
We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before [closing time] are generally shipped the same day.

For certain products, statutory shipping and delivery conditions apply. Weapons, ammunition, and related articles are only shipped or delivered after verification of the required documents (permit, hunting license, or recognition).
Returns
Not entirely satisfied? You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Conditions for return
- The product is unused and, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
- We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return.
Exceptions
For safety and legal reasons, certain items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including ammunition, gunpowder, primers, and products custom-made or specially ordered for you. If in doubt, please contact us in advance.
