Terms and conditions
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Hunting XL.
2. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Obvious errors or mistakes in prices are not binding on us.
3. Orders and payment
An agreement is concluded once your order has been confirmed. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the webshop.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver within the stated period. Stated delivery times are indicative and never count as a strict deadline.
5. Legal requirements for weapons and ammunition
Strict legal requirements apply to the purchase of weapons, ammunition and certain related items. Delivery only takes place to persons who hold the required and valid documents (permit, hunting licence or recognition) and who meet the legal minimum age. Hunting XL is entitled to cancel an order if these requirements are not met.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. Excluded are, among other things, ammunition, powder, primers and products ordered specially for you or made to measure. See our returns policy for the procedure.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty applies to our products. You are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement.
8. Liability
Hunting XL is not liable for damage arising from improper or unsafe use of products. The buyer is responsible for safe and lawful use.
9. Applicable law
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
