Terms and Conditions
1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of JachtXL.
2. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Obvious mistakes or errors in pricing do not bind us.
3. Orders and Payment
An agreement is concluded after confirmation of your order. Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the webshop.
4. Delivery
We aim for delivery within the stated period. Stated delivery times are indicative and never constitute a strict deadline.
5. Legal Requirements for Weapons and Ammunition
Strict legal requirements apply to the purchase of weapons, ammunition, and certain related articles. Delivery will only be made to persons who possess the required and valid documents (permit, hunting license, or recognition) and who meet the legal minimum age. JachtXL is entitled to cancel an order if these requirements are not met.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. Exceptions include ammunition, gunpowder, primers, and products specially ordered or custom-made for you. See our return policy for the procedure.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty applies to our products. You are entitled to a product that conforms to the agreement.
8. Liability
JachtXL is not liable for damage resulting from improper or unsafe use of products. The buyer is solely responsible for safe and lawful use.
9. Applicable Law
All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
