Silencer Adapter DonnyFL FX Crown/Royal/Boss

This DonnyFL FX moderator adapter is designed to suppress the sound of the FX Crown/Royal/Boss by means of a moderator with a 1/2 UNF connection. A knurled knob protects the thread when no moderator is mounted. This DonnyFL FX moderator adapter is made of CNC-machined aluminium with a matte black anodised finish.

How to install the DonnyFL FX 1/2 UNF moderator adapter: It is important to mount the FX 1/2 UNF adapter correctly, so that the barrel shroud cannot shift.

You will need needle-nose pliers or circlip pliers with tips small enough to fit into the two holes in the cap at the front of the barrel. Hold the barrel shroud with one hand, gently push the plier tips into the holes of the cap and turn counter-clockwise. The barrel shroud should now come loose without too much effort. Once it's easy enough, you can unscrew the cap by hand.

Now remove the barrel shroud, so that it can be secured by means of the underlying guide to prevent it from shifting after screwing on a moderator. Loosen the clamping screw of the underlying guide with a 2.5 mm hex key. You will see that there is a dowel pin at the back that is in line with a hole in the rear cap. Slide the guide back, making sure the dowel pin slides properly into the hole, and tighten the clamping screw again. Now reassemble the barrel shroud and screw the DonnyFL FX adapter into place.
