This Hill compressor 50-hour service kit consists of multiple parts and tools to perform maintenance on Hill compressors. This maintenance should be performed after the compressor has been used for 50 hours.
The 50-hour service kit consists of the following:
- 15g tube of Hill silicone grease
- 50ml Hill crankcase oil
- 100ml Hill silicone oil
- 1x Inlet Filter
- 2x Burst Discs
- 1 x Shim Valve
- 1 x Stage 3 Hard Polymer Valve & Spring
- 1 x O-Ring
- 1 x Stage 3 Piston Seal
- 1 x Bleed Screw Seal
- 1 x Stage 3 Piston Backup Ring
- 1 x Stage 3 Face Seal
