Speedometer FX Pocket Chrono V2

This FX Pocket Chrono V2 speedometer is a compact and very easy-to-use speedometer that uses doppler radar, just like a laser gun. The doppler effect is, simply put, the emission of microwaves that reflect off an intended target. In this case, that's the pellet. The difference in frequency of the reflected signal then provides an accurate estimate of the speed at which the pellet is travelling. Because it works with radar, it will measure speed just as well in the dark as in the light, and it doesn't matter what conditions you are shooting in. It accurately measures speeds up to a maximum of 1250 FPS. There is a light on the side of the speedometer that illuminates blue when it registers a shot.

It is possible to read the measured information on an FX chronograph display, which is available separately. But it is also possible - and perhaps just as easy - to read the data on your smartphone. You can download the free app for your smartphone, in which you can save rifle profiles and find much more information regarding the shot. The FX Pocket Chrono V2 speedometer connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth.

The speedometer has dimensions of 50x39x60 mm and weighs only 78 grams. A Weaver/Picatinny connector is standard on the speedometer, making it easy to attach to an accessory rail. You also get another type of mount with which you can attach it to, for example, the objective of your scope using elastic bands. This ensures it is firmly attached to your rifle and you always get reliable results. The FX Pocket Chrono V2 speedometer has a Lithium-ion battery that you can easily charge with a USB-C cable. The USB-C connection is hidden under a rubber cover.
