The Pard Night Stalker 4K LRF 940 µm IR 70 mm night vision scope can be used both day and night. No more switching scopes or using clip-ons; with this digital day and night vision scope, you are ready for all conditions, day and night.
Extremely clear image
In every respect, this digital riflescope feels like an analogue variant when it comes to the extremely clear, high-contrast and very detailed image displayed on an IPS screen with a 30 Hz refresh rate. No angular display this time, but a comfortable and familiar round image that is also optimally colourful during the day. The ED (extra-low dispersion) glass lenses play a significant role in this, as the minimal light refraction ensures the image remains sharp and colour-accurate.
The 4K CMOS sensor of this night vision scope has a resolution of 3840x2160 pixels with a pixel size of 2 µm. The sensitivity is 0.001 lux. This provides a bright, high-contrast and detailed image. And to make optimal use of the ability to translate infrared light into a clear image in darkness, a directional (adjustable) infrared illuminator is mounted, which can be switched on, if desired, in three light modes for additional illumination up to a distance of 350 meters. The IR light has a frequency of 940 µm. The advantage of this frequency is that it is less visible to animals that have partial vision in the infrared spectrum.
Four color modes are available: color/mono, black and white/mono, green/mono, and yellow. And the field of view is 57x57 meters at the base magnification of 5.6x. The Pard Night Stalker 4K LRF 940 µm IR 70 mm night vision scope also offers PIP, which stands for picture-in-picture. This displays a frame at the top of the image with a 2x magnification of the view for quick target identification. The (optical) standard magnification is 5.6x, with a 3x digital zoom for a maximum magnification of 16.8x. For eyeglass wearers among us, it is good to know that the eyepiece has a diopter adjustment from -5 to +3.
Reticles
To perfectly keep the target in sight under all circumstances and to be able to use the desired subtensions, six different reticles are available in four colors: red, white, yellow, and green. Menu operation is performed with an intuitive rotary-push button on top of the waterproof, lightweight aluminum housing of the Pard Night Stalker 4K LRF 940 µm IR 70 mm night vision scope.
Rangefinder
Integrated into the Pard Night Stalker 4K LRF 940 µm IR 70 mm night vision scope is a rangefinder (laser rangefinder, or LRF) that can accurately determine the distance up to 1200 meters. By using the built-in ballistic calculator (which uses the measured distance and pre-entered data such as caliber, ammunition type, and bullet weight), a suggested point of impact is displayed on the screen.
Image storage
The Pard Night Stalker 4K LRF 940 µm IR 70 mm night vision scope offers the possibility to take and save photos (1536x1536 .JPG) and videos (1440x1080 .mp4). A MicroSD memory card of up to 128 GB can be used for this. The images can also be stored via the PardVision2 application. The device has Wi-Fi, as well as a USB-C connection (for an external power source) and an HDMI connection. If desired, Recoil Activated recording can be set. This continuously records images, but only the images around the moment of the shot are actually saved, which is activated by the recoil.
