Vortex Defender-XL Red Dot

This Vortex Defender-XL red dot enables quick target acquisition, allowing for faster and more accurate aiming. The red dot features a remarkably wide objective lens measuring 25.5x23.3 mm and is available with a red dot size of 5 MOA or 8 MOA. Additionally, the Vortex Defender-XL red dot is equipped with ten brightness levels (eight for daytime and two for use with night vision devices), ensuring the dot is always clearly visible and easily found. The brightness adjustment buttons are located on the left and right sides of the housing.

The recessed turrets offer a maximum windage adjustment of 115 MOA and an elevation adjustment of 120 MOA. They have an adjustment of one MOA per click. This makes the Vortex Defender-XL red dot easy to fine-tune, aiming for the best accuracy.

The red dot is made of 7075 black anodized aluminum and boasts excellent corrosion resistance. The front features a rough texture, allowing the red dot to be used on various surfaces to rack the slide. It weighs 54.7 grams, meaning it will barely add any weight to the pistol. On the bottom, there is a DeltaPoint Pro footprint.

This Vortex Defender-XL red dot uses a CR2032 battery and has a battery life of approximately 25,000 hours. It is equipped with an auto shut-off function, automatically turning off after ten minutes of inactivity. As soon as it is slightly moved, it will immediately turn back on, allowing for accurate aiming.
