The Vortex Diamondback HD 8x42 binoculars offer 8x optical magnification and very bright, high-contrast images in an extremely robust, lightweight and ergonomic design. With an objective diameter of 42 mm, these binoculars capture more than enough light, while optimal light transmission with minimal chromatic aberration is achieved by the fully multi-coated HD lenses. Thanks to the phase coating on the Diamondback HD 8x42 binoculars, the resolution and contrast of the images are even better, so that the observed target is always clearly visible.

The Vortex Diamondback HD 8x42 is designed for use in the harshest weather conditions. First, the rubber outer layer on the housing provides protection and a firm grip. The lenses are also provided with a special protective coating on the outside that protects against scratches, grease and dirt. In addition to being waterproof and shockproof, the binoculars are also filled with argon to prevent internal fogging of the lenses, even with the largest temperature changes.
