Caldwell Matrix Rest Gun Rest

The extremely versatile Caldwell Matrix Rest rifle support combines great new features and rock-solid stability in an affordable rifle rest. Central to the design is the innovative, ultra-rigid U-frame. Quickly adjustable in length for the perfect fit of any weapon, while maintaining perfect stability.

The two-piece adjustable frame features an open central section with ample space for weapons with high-capacity magazines (AR-style rifles), as well as bolt-action rifles. A convenient storage compartment is incorporated into the front of the rifle rest and features a removable lid. This lid provides extra space when removed, but if left in place, it can also serve as a rubber support surface for firing pistols.

Another key feature is the innovative lift system of the front weapon support. A spring-loaded mechanism with height adjustment knob allows for quick and precise one-handed height adjustment and ensures that the front weapon support can be moved stably over its entire vertical range. The filled front and rear supports protect the rifle, but are firm enough to maintain precision and fit.

The shooter can also enjoy the versatility of converting the Matrix into a compact front rest by removing the rear section of the rifle rest. The full length of the Matrix provides stability with maximum accuracy.
