Description
This Hill compressor Extended service kit consists of all the parts and tools you will need for the first four times you need to perform maintenance on your Hill compressor. This maintenance should be performed after the compressor has been used for periods of 25, 50, 75, and 100 hours.
The extended service kit consists of the following:
• 1 x Valve Tool
• 2 x Stage 3 Hard Polymer Valve + Spring
• 1 x 15g tube of Hill silicone grease
• 2 x Filter Inlet
• 6 x O-ring
• 2 x 50ml Hill sump oil
• 2 x 100ml Hill silicone oil
• 4 x Burst Discs
• 2 x Bleed Screw Seal
• 1 x Stage 1 Ball Valve
• 2 x Stage 1 Intake Filter
• 1 x Stage 2 Shuttle Valve
• 2 x Stage 3 Piston Seal
• 2 x Stage 3 Piston Backup Ring
• 2 x Soft polymer Valve & Spring
• 1 x Stage 1 Piston Seal
• 1 x Stage 2 Piston Seal
• 1 x Stage 2 Shaft Seal
• 2 x Stage 3 Face Seal
• 2 x Stage 3 Stainless Mesh Filter
