Ruger Mark IV Competition

Part of the Ruger Mark IV collection is the beautiful Mark IV Competition pistol. The Competition features a 174 mm long bull barrel with flattened sides. A nice feature is the one-piece stainless steel receiver with a glass-beaded finish; the grip frame is also milled from solid stainless steel. The Mark IV Competition, like all Mark IVs, features an ambidextrous safety and fully adjustable rear and front sights. Another characteristic is the non-moving slide, which allows for much more accurate shooting than its counterpart. This small-caliber handgun also has a target grip, with a thumb rest, that your hand can fully enclose for a comfortable hold. Of course, this weapon also features the Mark IV Takedown system, starting with the positive magazine ejector to remove the magazine, release the bolt, press the Takedown button on the back of the weapon, after which the upper receiver can be detached from the grip frame. After this, the bolt can be removed for maintenance. After the weapon is fully disassembled, reassembly is just as quick as disassembly.
