Description
The Sako TRG-22 Green has repeatedly proven itself in CISM competitions and in the 300 Meter ISSF Standard Rifle Competition. In addition, this rifle is used as a sniper rifle by several countries. An extremely accurate rifle for the shooter who strives for ultimate precision.
Its solid barrel and action frame are made from cold-forged, specially alloyed steel for optimal durability. The sturdy bolt smoothly guides cartridges from the detachable magazine (10 rounds) to the chamber. This bolt can be operated effortlessly thanks to its 60° bolt throw.
The trigger mechanism of this Sako is extremely reliable and prevents the rifle from firing if you accidentally drop it. The pull weight of the 2-stage trigger can be adjusted from 1 to 2.5 kilograms, and the safety catch is conveniently placed for easy operation.
Sako has made the stock of the TRG-22 Green from composite material, reinforced with lightweight aluminum. This ergonomically shaped stock is suitable for left and right-handed shooters. The cheekpiece can be adjusted left and right, as well as in height by adding a spacer. The buttstock can be adjusted in height, angle, and length of pull, and is made of shock-absorbing material that will partially absorb recoil.
The rifle comes with a Weaver/Picatinny rail.
