The Schmeisser AR15 S4F CSS Black is an excellent all-round weapon that is perfect for sport shooting. The grip fits well in the hand and the rough texture provides plenty of grip. Which is a good thing, because the rifle has a semi-automatic firing mode. The stock can be pulled back or pushed forward over the buffer tube, to adjust it to the distance that suits you best.
An aluminum handguard with M-LOK slots surrounds the 10.5” barrel. The M-LOK slots allow you to equip the handguard with various accessories, such as a light or a bipod. A continuous Weaver/Picatinny scope rail is located on top of the handguard and upper receiver, which comes standard with a foldable rear and front sight. If you plan to use the Schmeisser AR15 S4F CSS Black for longer distances, you can easily mount a scope of your choice. The barrel is fitted with a flash hider at the end.
The 2-stage trigger provides full control during shooting. The Schmeisser AR15 S4F CSS Black is also fully usable for left and right-handed shooters. For example, the safety catch and magazine catch can be operated on both sides of the aluminum frame, and the ambidextrous charging handle is also easy to operate. It has extra long protruding ends, making it easy to grasp and pull back.
The barrel has an adjustable gas block at the front of the barrel, near the front end of the handguard. The gas block uses the overpressure in the barrel to eject the casings and to activate the bolt catch when the magazine is empty. The amount of pressure used for this can be adjusted manually.
