Anschütz 1761 APR Long Range MDT XRS

The Anschütz 1761 APR Long Range features a high-quality MDT XRS chassis. This chassis consists of an aluminum core, to which synthetic panels are attached to ensure optimal ergonomics.

For many, Anschütz is synonymous with quality. The combination with an MDT chassis elevates the whole to an even higher level, by combining an ergonomic shooting experience with a rigid, reliable base for the action. This rigidity of the chassis is due to the aluminum core, which runs the entire length. Synthetic panels are attached to it, which improve grip on the weapon and provide more comfort in extreme temperatures.

The rigid chassis also offers adjustability and the possibility of personalization. The shoulder stock can be extended with spacers, which can increase the length of pull of the weapon. The cheekpiece is also height-adjustable, and QD (Quick Detach) attachment points for a sling are present on both sides of the stock. The pistol grip can also be replaced. Two pistol grips are included with the stock for this purpose: a vertical grip and an angled grip. M-LOK slots in the free-floating fore-end further offer options for personalization, with attachment points on both sides and the bottom for any accessories.

An Anschütz 1761 action forms the heart of this rifle, including a match-grade 2-stage trigger. This trigger is adjustable in position and trigger pull (350-1500 grams), so it can be adapted to the shooter's preferences. An ambidextrous magazine release is located on the inside of the trigger guard, at the front. This makes reloading a quick and easy process. The box magazine itself has a capacity of 10 rounds, which is sufficient for competitions while keeping the weight as low as possible.

A 30 MOA Weaver/Picatinny mounting rail is located on top of the action for attaching a scope. Because this mounting rail is tilted forward, the elevation adjustment of the scope can be used optimally. The barrel is a precision barrel and does not make contact with the fore-end. This ensures maximum precision, as pressure applied to the fore-end cannot be transferred to the barrel.
