This Bergara B14R is based on the Bergara B14, which in turn is based on the Remington 700. This makes this .22 LR extremely suitable for training, with the great advantage that the system can be tuned with triggers, stocks, etc., suitable for the B14 / Rem700. In short, you can build the Bergara B14R exactly like your large caliber competition rifle. That being said, this small caliber carbine is also an excellent precision competition rifle in its own right.
