Browning B525 Composite

The Browning B525 Composite is Browning's reliable evergreen and all-rounder, but now features a composite stock. It is lightweight (3500 grams) and its design and excellent balance feel so familiar that from the first time you shoulder it, it feels as if you have been using the gun for years.

This over-and-under shotgun has a sturdy steel action with a composite stock. This makes the Browning B525 Composite much more maintenance-friendly and less prone to damage. The stock is also adjustable and can be fitted with a counterweight for even better balance. The grip and fore-end have a coarser texture for increased grip. At the rear of the stock is the soft, ergonomically shaped Inflex II recoil pad, which will absorb a significant portion of the recoil. That recoil is already greatly reduced thanks to the Back Bore technology that this Browning B525 Composite utilizes. With this technology, the forcing cones in the steel-proofed barrels are longer than usual. This reduces the shotgun's recoil, making it much more comfortable to shoot. Back Bore technology also provides higher pellet velocity and a more consistent and dense shot pattern. This can also be experimented with by using the different Invector Plus chokes supplied with the gun:

On the top of the stock is the manually operated safety, which also allows switching between the upper and lower barrel. The Browning B525 Composite has a single trigger, which can be used to fire both barrels one by one. It is possible to change the trigger position, for example, when wearing gloves. This shotgun features an ejector system, allowing the 12 gauge cartridges to be easily removed.
