The DNT NVMD-C200 standard multi-purpose night vision device combines multiple functions in one scope. It can serve as a front-mounted magnification, clip-on night vision device, action camera, and a digital riflescope.

Digital Riflescope with Day and Night Function

As a digital riflescope, the NVMD-C200 offers multiple possibilities. The magnification can be adjusted incrementally from 1x to 6x, while focus and diopter ensure the clearest possible image. Different types and colors of reticles can be chosen. Various image modes can also be set:

• Color image: suitable for daytime, accurately reproduces colors.
• Black and white: suitable for night, improves contrast.
• White phosphor: a digital effect that mimics the blue-white color scheme of analog white phosphor night vision devices.
• Green phosphor: also a digital effect, this time in a green color scheme that imitates analog green phosphor night vision devices.

Depending on the situation, the different image modes can display better contrasts, making targets more visible.

Clip-on Night Vision Device

By mounting the DNT NVMD-C200 standard multi-purpose night vision device in front of the riflescope, it can function as a clip-on night vision device. The advantage of this is that it can be easily removed when night vision is not needed, while it can be quickly remounted.

Front-Mounted Magnification

Due to its modest dimensions and a DNT flip-up mount, it can serve as a front-mounted magnification. Here too, the magnification can be adjusted in six steps. The night vision mode can also be activated, offering the benefits of a clip-on night vision device. This provides a high degree of flexibility, both in sufficient ambient light and when there is low ambient light.

Action Camera

Using different modes, footage can be stored on the 32 GB internal memory. Audio is also recorded by default with these videos. There are three different modes for recording footage. For each of these modes, if the memory becomes full, the oldest recordings are deleted to make room for new recordings.

• Standard recording: pressing the 'Record' button starts the recording. It can then be stopped by pressing the button again. It automatically stops after 10 minutes.
• 'Loop recording': shorter recordings of a preset duration are made. As soon as the set duration is reached, the video is saved and a new one is automatically started. This continues until the function is switched off.
• 'Recoil activated video': this function saves a recording when it detects the recoil of a shot. The recording runs from 10 seconds before the shot to 10 seconds after the shot. The function works best with a recoil impulse heavier than that of a .22 LR.
