Evanix Viper-X

The Evanix Viper-X is a semi-automatic PCP air pistol that is cocked by means of a slide. After the air pistol is filled using the Foster connector, approximately 3 magazines can be emptied. Operation feels natural due to the comfortable grip and reactive trigger. The wooden grip panels are checkered and are a beautiful addition to the black finished aluminum exterior of the airgun. To mount aiming devices, the air pistol is equipped with a Dovetail mounting rail, on which (removable) open sights are already installed. On the left side is the safety slide that can be operated with the thumb. For adjustments to the hammer spring, the adjustment screw on the back of the Viper-X can be adjusted. After removing the thread protector, a silencer can be attached to the 1/2 UNF muzzle thread to reduce sound output. The primary air reservoir is located under the barrel and the secondary air reservoir is around the barrel (as a barrel shroud). These reservoirs can be filled up to 250 bar using the Foster connector at the bottom of the Evanix Viper-X. The average number of shots per caliber is - after a full fill - as follows: • 5.5 mm / .22: 21 shots (3 magazines) • 6.35 mm / .25: 18 shots (3 magazines) • 7.62 mm / .30: 15 shots (3 magazines) The spring-driven rotary magazine reliably feeds ammunition to the semi-automatic system. These magazines have a capacity for: • 5.5 mm / .22: 7 pellets • 6.35 mm / .25: 6 pellets • 7.62 mm / .30: 5 pellets
