Description
With these Royal BlueSteel ECO cal. 12 32 gram shotgun cartridges, Rio aims to minimize environmental impact. In addition to steel shot pellets, these cartridges also feature a biodegradable wad that dissolves in water, converting into CO2, mineral salts, and biomass.
Thanks to a different modulus of elasticity, the wad even surpasses the qualities of a conventional plastic wad. The Rio Royal BlueSteel ECO cal. 12 32 gram shotgun cartridges offer reduced recoil and a tighter shot pattern. Even the pellet velocity is up to 15% higher.
Although the casing is not yet biodegradable, Rio has ensured that non-toxic plastic is used.
