IR Illuminator HikMicro Pro 850 Nm

This HikMicro Pro 850 Nm IR illuminator can be used in combination with a night vision scope. A night vision scope amplifies ambient light to display a clearly visible image that is much harder to see with the naked eye. If there is no ambient light, for example, due to heavy cloud cover obscuring the moon and stars, this IR illuminator can provide a solution. It emits infrared radiation in the direction you aim the illuminator, which is then clearly perceptible through a night vision scope.

This infrared radiation – which originates from an LED lamp – has a wavelength of 850 nm (nanometers), which is too high to be perceived by the naked eye. As a result, whatever is being observed will not notice the HikMicro Pro 850 Nm IR Illuminator. The illuminator has a radiation range of 200 meters.

This infrared illuminator weighs 150 grams, making it ideal for handheld use or for attachment to a night vision device via a mount. It operates for up to 5.5 hours on a fully charged HM-3632DC battery or a fully charged HM-3633DC battery, which are available separately.
