The ELD Match (Extremely Low Drag) bullets of the Hornady 6.5 Creedmoor ELD Match 140 grain cartridges feature AMP (Advanced Manufacturing Process) jackets that guarantee near-perfect roundness and a Heat Shield tip. Where a polymer tip can deform due to the heat of aerodynamic friction, the Heat Shield tip retains its shape, maintaining a ballistic coefficient of .646 (G1) and .326 (G7). ELD Match bullets are considered extremely accurate and consistent.
