This HikMicro Heimdal H4D night vision camera features a 1.39” AMOLED display. With this night vision camera, you can capture super sharp images with a resolution of 2560x1440. Electronic Image Stabilization ensures the Heimdal delivers the sharpest possible image with a frame rate of 25 fps. The focus ring makes it easy to sharpen the image you want to capture. The Heimdal is suitable for both day and night use. The night vision camera has a built-in Smart IR Illuminator that automatically adjusts brightness. It increases brightness in low light and reduces it when there is too much light. The latter can also help reduce power consumption, extending battery life. The battery lasts for more than four hours with normal use. It is a replaceable and rechargeable Li-ion battery, accessible via a cover on the side of the HikMicro Heimdal H4D night vision camera. The night vision camera has a modern design, with multiple buttons on top that allow you to control various functions. The Heimdal even has a photo and video viewer, allowing you to view photos and videos saved on the built-in 32 GB memory card. You can also view these photos and videos in the free-to-download HikMicro Sight app, to which you can connect the camera wirelessly. The Heimdal night vision camera is easy to operate using the buttons on top. Thanks to the handy design of this one-handed camera, the buttons are always within reach. Nearly all of them have a dual function: **On/off button:** Short press: puts the camera in standby or wakes it up. Hold down: turns the camera on or off. **Capture/record button:** Short press: takes a photo. Hold down: starts or stops video recording. **Mode button:** Short press: switches between the four different modes (day, night, auto, defog). Hold down: enters or exits the menu. **Zoom button:** Short press: switches between the four zoom levels (1x, 2x, 4x, 8x). The different modes ensure that you can use the HikMicro Heimdal H4D night vision camera in almost all conditions. It has a day mode, a night mode, an auto mode, and a defog mode. The defog mode, developed by HikMicro itself, allows you to capture sharp and clearly visible images even in foggy conditions. This is achieved by the built-in 850nm infrared illuminator, which has a range of 200 meters. The night vision camera has an IP67 waterproof certification, meaning it is completely dust and dirt proof and can be submerged for 30 minutes up to one meter. This way, HikMicro has ensured that the Heimdal H4D night vision camera is not hindered by the elements.
