Unlike traditional patch jags, Bore Tech's Proof-Positive Pistol patch jags are not made of brass, ensuring that the patch jag itself does not leave residue on the cleaning patch or swab, which is often the case with traditional brass patch jags. This results in a more reliable cleaning outcome.
Cleaning patches are either pierced centrally on the tip or, for greater coverage, wrapped around the knurled section of the patch jag.
