Vector Optics Continental 1-8x24 Riflescope

This Vector Optics Continental 1-8x24 riflescope uses ED (Extra-low Dispersion) glass and the lenses have a fully multi-coated finish. This provides the riflescope with exceptionally sharp images with true-to-life colors from edge to edge, allowing for optimal observation. The objective has a diameter of 24 mm and the riflescope has a decent light transmission of 93%, which allows for excellent observation even in twilight.

The housing of this Vector Optics riflescope is made of matte black anodized 6061-T6 aluminum, giving it excellent corrosion resistance. This pairs exceptionally well with the IP67 waterproof certification, which means the riflescope can be submerged to a depth of one meter for 30 minutes without water ingress. The Vector Optics Continental 1-8x24 riflescope is fully nitrogen-filled, preventing the lenses from fogging up on the inside.

This riflescope uses the German #4 reticle, which features a red illuminated dot with no fewer than eleven brightness levels. This red illuminated dot is powered by a CR2032 battery, which can be placed in the turret on the left side of the housing. This turret can also be used to switch between the different brightness levels to ensure the reticle is clearly visible against any background. The elevation and windage turrets have a maximum adjustment of 140 MOA and each clearly audible click represents an adjustment of 1/2 MOA. The reticle is located on the second focal plane.

The Vector Optics Continental 1-8x24 riflescope has a minimum magnification of 1x and a maximum magnification of 8x. At minimum magnification, the riflescope has a field of view of 41 meters at a distance of 100 meters, and at maximum magnification, the riflescope has a field of view of 5.1 meters.
