Description
The Sako Quad Synthetic Varmint is a versatile and sturdily built .22 LR bolt-action rifle suitable for use in both hunting and on the shooting range.
The universal synthetic stock is adjustable in length using spacers, giving you the ability to make ergonomic adjustments. Scopes can be mounted using the 11 mm dovetail mount.
The Sako Quad Synthetic Varmint features a robust bolt that smoothly guides cartridges from the detachable 5-round magazine to the chamber. This bolt operates smoothly with a 50° bolt throw.
In addition, this bolt-action rifle features a heavy, free-floating barrel that reduces vibration and recoil. The barrel is cold hammer-forged, which creates greater material density, making it stronger and more durable. The beauty of this Sako is that the barrel can be swapped out in a matter of moments for a different caliber, for example. This makes the rifle extremely versatile.
The trigger pull of the 1-stage trigger mechanism can be adjusted from 1 to 2 kilograms. This model also features a 2-stage safety mechanism that locks both the trigger and the bolt.
