The soft lead also ensures that the 5.5 mm HP (Hollow Point) 28 grain (.219) slugs from ZAN Projectiles form extremely well to the rifling of the barrel. This allows the slugs to achieve higher velocities and maintain a nice flat trajectory. These hollow point slugs expand rapidly on impact, ensuring good energy transfer.
