Speedometer FX True Ballistic Chronograph CE

This True Ballistic Chronograph CE speed meter from FX Outdoors uses a radar beam that analyzes a bullet's trajectory. It displays bullet speeds between 400 and 4000 fps (122 and 1220 m/s). It also shows multiple speed measurements at preset distances.

The speed meter is very compact and only needs to be placed next to the weapon and aimed at the target to take accurate measurements. Even if it rains, as this will not affect its functions.

The FX Outdoors True Ballistic CE speed meter measures 19x25 cm and weighs only 820 grams. It can be charged via the USB-C port. Additionally, the Bluetooth function allows connection to the FX Radar app. Buttons around the screen allow you to easily navigate the menu to adjust settings, for example. The units can be adjusted to fps, m/s, Joules, and ft/lbs. The radar frequency can also be adjusted to enable the use of multiple speed meters.

The LCD display of the FX Outdoors True Ballistic CE speed meter shows the following statistics:

• Projectile speed at preset distances
• Number of shots
• The lowest, highest, and average measured speed
• Standard deviation and spread
• Ballistic coefficient (G1 or G7)
• The distance at which the bullet reaches subsonic speed

This CE version has a less powerful radar signal to comply with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards. By updating the software, the speed meter can still be converted to the FCC version.
