Swage Support Die Frankford X-10

This Frankford X-10 swage support die plays an important role in custom-swaging the primer pocket in the casing. This pocket is custom-swaged by the swaging pin, which comes from bottom to top when operating the lever on Frankford Arsenal's X-10 progressive reloading press. The swage support die - which is placed in the shell plate - exerts pressure on the casing from above. This not only secures the casing in the reloading press itself but also holds it in place by the downward-pushing shell plate with the Frankford X-10 swage support die in it.
The die will be particularly useful for those who have multiple shell plates to quickly switch between reloading different calibers. There's quite a bit involved in adjusting the Frankford X-10 swage support die, and by mounting an additional one in a second shell plate, you make reloading different calibers much easier.
