The Vector Optics Tauron 6-24x50 VTA-3 MIL riflescope offers a high degree of precision, thanks to its meticulous adjustability. A fine reticle with a central aiming point of 0.04 MRAD further contributes to the accuracy that this riflescope enables.

This riflescope is equipped with HD lenses, which are fully multi-coated. The lenses, the coating, and the 50 mm objective ensure a sharp and clear image, even at higher magnifications. By rotating the eyepiece, it can be focused, after which the parallax can still be adjusted with the turret on the left side.

Thanks to its extensive adjustability, this riflescope is excellently suited for long-range shooting. The VTA-3 reticle is located in the first focal plane, which means the reticle magnifies along with the image when the magnification is adjusted. This ensures that the subtensions on the reticle remain accurate at all magnifications, making it easier to adjust the aiming point.

The reticle uses an MRAD scale, with subtensions of 0.25 MRAD. With these subtensions as a reference point, adjustments to the aiming point can be made quickly. The design offers many markings that can be used to compensate for distance and windage. To improve visibility, the central 0.04 MRAD dot and the central part of the reticle can be illuminated in six settings. An empty space around the dot ensures that the target remains clearly visible.

Adjusting the Vector Optics Tauron 6-24x50 VTA-3 MIL riflescope can be done with the turrets. These turrets can be adjusted in fine steps of 0.1 MRAD. Each step provides an audible and tactile click, so that adjustment is always clearly perceptible. Once the riflescope is sighted in, the turrets can be set to zero. The zero stop helps to effortlessly find this zero setting again, by preventing the top turret from rotating beyond the zero point.

The riflescope is filled with nitrogen, which prevents the lenses from fogging up internally during temperature differences. It is also weatherproof, with a dustproof housing that is resistant to submersion in water.
