The Bore Tech Proof-Positive 12-16 Ga wool brush is manufactured from densely packed cotton on a Proof-Positive aluminum base, without brass. The advantage of this is that the brush does not discolor due to brass, which provides a much better indication of whether the barrel is clean.
You can use the Bore Tech Proof-Positive 12-16 Ga wool brush to apply cleaning agent and oil to the bore of your barrel, as well as to clean and dry the barrel.
